| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | Vinex Slavyantsi AD is a fair trade company since 2014. The main aspects are education, culture and personnel development of the Roma minority in the Municipality of Sungurlare. The FFL Development Fund is spent to support * 6 kindergartens with monthly fees and all the equipment in the rooms * 1 school to buy schoolbooks * more than 65 kids and 9 students to receive scholarships * workers with bonus payments and health support * Community Hospital * 2 culture houses The company is developed as fair employer and all workers in the company have social security, working contracts, fair salaries and safety working conditions. The environmental aspects are new investments in 3 waste water treatments, isollation of fermentation tanks and 5 solar pannels systems. The plan is to establish the company as leader in social responsibiity in the region and in Bulgaria. | ||||
