| Impact, special achievements & commitments | | | The values of Fair for Life and For Life have a lot of synergy with Beraca’s Sociobiodiversity Enhancement Program® actions, aiming at building a transparent and responsible commercial relationship between all those involved in the value chain. The products covered by the certification are the Amazonian White Clay (Fair for Life) and the Colored Clays (For Life). The process of selecting communities was based on the diagnosis of most vulnerable links in the value chain, which concluded that it would be the two communities that works in the extraction of white clay. In a participatory manner, these communities have chosen development projects, such as: building a headquarters for the community and buying a truck that will assist in the sale of products and the provision of services. | ||||
